Can I add or remove vehicles later?
Yes. Vehicles can be added at any time, with pricing adjusted based on your total number of active vehicles. Vehicles can also be removed in line with your contract terms — just contact us to make changes.
Do you support both vans and cars?
Yes. BitVault Track supports cars, vans, and most light commercial vehicles. If you have a specific vehicle type or mixed fleet, we can advise on suitability before installation.
Is the platform accessible on mobile devices?
Yes. The BitVault Track platform is accessible securely from both desktop and mobile devices using a web browser. No additional software or apps are required.
Is installation required for every vehicle?
Yes. Each vehicle requires a GPS tracking device to be professionally installed to ensure reliable performance and secure fitting. Installation is charged as a one-off cost per vehicle.
What happens if a vehicle is sold or replaced?
If a vehicle is sold or replaced, the tracking device can be removed and reinstalled in another vehicle. Removal or reinstallation may incur additional charges depending on the work required.
Does it work across the UK?
BitVault Track operates nationwide using UK mobile networks, providing reliable coverage across cities, towns, rural areas, and motorway routes.
Will tracking affect my vehicle warranty?
In most cases, professionally installed tracking devices do not affect vehicle warranties. If you have specific warranty concerns, we recommend checking with the vehicle manufacturer or discussing this with us before installation.
